Digital Products
All crochet patterns sold through Sky Mega Deals are digital PDF files unless the product description clearly states otherwise.
Once a digital product has been purchased and the download has been made available, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds, because digital files cannot be physically returned.
Before You Purchase
Please carefully review the product description before completing your purchase. Product pages may include information about:

- Skill level
- Language
- Finished size
- Materials required
- Number of files included
- File format
If you have questions about a pattern before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Incorrect or Damaged File
If the PDF file is corrupted, incomplete, incorrect, or you are unable to access the file because of a technical problem, please contact us.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file or another suitable solution.
Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchase the same digital pattern more than once, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
We will review the situation and determine whether a refund or other solution is appropriate.
Payment or Download Problems
If your payment was successfully completed but you did not receive your download, please contact us before making another purchase.
We will check your order and help you access the purchased file.
Refund Requests
Refund requests should include:

- Order number
- Email address used during checkout
- Name of the purchased pattern
- Reason for your request
Each request will be reviewed individually.
Physical Products
If Sky Mega Deals offers physical products in the future, those products may have separate return and refund conditions. The applicable policy will be stated on the relevant product page.
